Corona-Virus is not setting down its pace. This virus is continuously effecting many countries by economically and by some climatic condition. Some effects are good for countries while some are not.
Because of this Corona-Virus many countries lock-down themselves for preventing from Corona. Due to this lock-down effects in climate condition, oil price, production of cars, share market and many more.

In our last blog we briefly explained the origin, effects on human of coronavirus. And in this blog we are going to explain the effects that Corona-Virus is impacting on all countries.

Effects that we are going to discuss in this blog are,
  • Top companies loses their profit.
  • Oil demand is shrinking for the first time in 10 years.

Top Companies loses their profit

Because of the lock-down many top brands closes their stores, due to which they are facing loses in the profit. In China many top brands such as Nike, Starbucks and Capri Holding closes their store because of lock-down.

Apple, one of the worlds profitable company announces to their investor that they can't meet the revenue guidelines provided for the upcoming march quarter.

According to CNN, "Disney, another major investor in China, could lose as much as $280 million while its theme parks in the region are shuttered. Both Shanghai Disneyland and Hong Kong Disneyland are closed indefinitely, and the company said its 2020 earnings will likely suffer as a result."

Oil Demand is Shrinking for the first time in 10 years

Because of this virus, government ordered an temporary lock-down causes all companies to shut their store. This lock-down causes to shuttered decline in oil demand around the globe. In the first three months of 2020 Global oil demand is expected to drop by 435,000 barrels compared to the same period last year.

Due to shrinking demand of oil around the globe causes a decline in price of Oil.

China is cleaning or destroying cash

In China Corona-Virus affected many buildings, parks, roads, metro-stations, airport, and many many things, this includes cash also. Now The People's Bank of China announced that they are going to disinfect its cash using ultra-violet rays and high temperatures.

This image is taken by NASA and clearly showing the emission of NO2 in china compare to earlier days and present day. NO2 is a gas that is emitted from production factories, vehicles such as cars and buses, power plants.
This decline in NO2 is majorly caused by economic slowdown and travel restrictions.
