The news of buying Tik-Tok gets flame after President Trump announced that they are going to ban the Chinese app Tik-Tok. They also mentioned that they are going to ban other Chinese owned apps too because of the security concerns.

On August 6, President Donal Trump signed an order that banning TikTok from the US unless a deal is struck before September 20. The tech giant nevertheless confirmed that it aims to complete discussions to acquire the service’s US operations “no later than September 15, 2020.”
